Description

This notice details the application requirements and procedures for obtaining funding under the Federal Railroad Administration's High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail (HSIPR) Program. At least $2.42 billion is available for awards under this solicitation, including $1.62 billion from the Recovery Act and $800 million from the FY 2010 DOT Appropriations Act. FRA is soliciting applications for both Service Development Programs and Individual Projects.
