The purpose of the program is to assist the Shoklo Malaria Research Unit (SMRU) in implementing disease surveillance systems to enhance detection, prevention, and control of febrile, diarrheal, or respiratory illnesses among refugee and border-crossing migrant populations in the Kingdom of Thailand.
