Description

The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement is to continue to develop the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) in Haiti and to establish its lead role in the post-earthquake and cholera response activities by providing critical technical assistance for the implementation of surveillance surveys for public health decision making. This FOA is designed as a temporary award to respond to cholera and other emergency diseases that may occur during the project period, while a competitive FOA is developed and long-term partner identified.
