Purpose of Program: The Comprehensive Program supports innovative grants and cooperative agreements to improve postsecondary education. It supports reforms, innovations, and significant improvements of postsecondary education that respond to problems of national significance and serve as national models. Applications for grants under the Comprehensive Program, CFDA number 84.116B, must be submitted electronically using the Governmentwide Grants.gov Apply site at http://www.Grants.gov.
