Description
The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) intends to issue a Notice of Intent for a Modification to Grant Agreement to National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, under the authority of catalog for domestic assistance (CFDA) 15.508, Public Law 107-171 as amended by Public Law 110-246 and Public Law 111-85; Section 2507 DESERT TERMINAL LAKES, for the following program: Providing Water to At-risk Natural Desert Terminal Lakes. BOR proposes to provide financial assistance to augment the water rights purchase funding provided previously under Grant Agreement No. R10AP2007. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this announcement.
