Description

In support of the Government of Tanzania�s multiple HIV/AIDS strategies and guidelines and the PEPFAR PFIP�s service maintenance and scale-up goal, USAID seeks to award one or more grant(s) to existing Tanzanian NSAs/CSOs/FBOs, with proven technical and administrative capacity, to strategically and sustainably optimize access to comprehensive and cost-effective HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment services. Successful applicants will outline how USAID support will strategically and sustainably: 1) Optimize access to comprehensive high quality facility and community based treatment, care and support services through enhanced efficiencies and integration; 2) Strengthen facility and community-based client retention, follow-up and referral systems; 3) Invest wisely in technical and managerial capacity and systems in support of facility and community based programming; and 4) Diversify funding schemes to decrease vulnerability and dependence on USG resources and increase long-term sustainability
