NGO Strengthening through Health Service Delivery and Technical Activities

Description
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from organizations interested in implementing a five-year award in Angola to improve overall NGO capacity while focusing on several key service-delivery areas: health, education, water, and other activities. The expected objectives of this program are as follows: Strengthen civil society in management, planning, budgeting, advocacy and technical areas; Increase in health services provided by civil society groups; and, Enhance civil society�s capacity to advocate for services. Subject to the availability of funds, USAID intends to provide approximately $47,300,000 to be allocated over a five-year period with approximately $8,860,000 million expected in the first year.
