Description

The purpose of the program is to support the development of a multi-media initiative on early childhood development, child maltreatment, public health, and social justice based on American Birthright, a documentary in development. Specifically, it will contribute to DVPs emerging efforts to create a framework, messages and tools to support implementation of safe, stable, and nurturing relationships (SSNRs), which are the foundation of a unified strategic approach and message to empower parents and caregivers and to reduce child maltreatment. This program addresses the Healthy People 2020 focus area(s) of injury and violence prevention
