Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) hereby requests applications for assistance to result in the award of a new cooperative agreement, entitled �Deployment of Innovative Asphalt Mixture Technologies.� The objectives of this cooperative agreement are to promote the deployment and rapid adoption of new and innovative materials, design procedures, specifications, practices, and methods to improve asphalt pavement performance and extend pavement life. *** Amendment No. 1 is issued to provide clarification. See the Amendment.
